They have chosen specifically what the reporter is saying as its saying how hot the weather is, and thy are portraying this in the weather shot through the music, as it is warped and the sun is directly on the camera making it known to the viewer that itвЂ™s a hot day.

They have been creative with the music as it could be diegetic, and it could be non-diegetic because the music could be coming from a phone, but we canвЂ™t see the phone, so we donвЂ™t know whether that music is put in the background or not. The purpose of this is to set the scene so that the audience knows were they are, although it seems a bit eerie as it is not very common that a childrenвЂ™s play park is in the middle of a hay-field right near a main road and not near any housing, so it has already created some anticipation about what could lead next.The music that is playing is a slower and more mellow version of the main theme tune and then that suddenly fades away and turns into a British news report about the weather, IВ think that they have done this to show that the scene is being set in London in reality and not in Hogwarts.

It zooms down and makes you think that it is going forward towards to road but then it goes straight down and focuses on a desolate park in the middle of a hay-field. In this opening sequence of Harry potter and the order of the phoenix the opening sequence started with a crane tracking shot to show the overview of the city that they are in.
